Proteins must be pre-chilled, this is a prerequisite.
Beat them with lemon juice until foam appears, add half of the sugar and beat until it is completely dissolved.
Combine with flour, to which you first need to add the second half of sugar and salt. Stir gently and pour into mold. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.

With prunes
With just a few simple products, you can make a delicious cake that your loved ones and guests will surely appreciate. You will need:
- flour – 150 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- sugar – 120 g;
- powder – 2 tablespoons;
- low-fat yogurt – 200 g;
- prunes.
Grind the yolks with sugar until foam appears and increase in volume. Then gradually add flour and knead the dough.
