First of all, you need to carefully monitor that the yolk is carefully separated. After all, even a small amount of it will not allow you to beat the eggs to the desired state.

Soda and baking powder must be discarded, because this can lead to uneven porosity, and lumps may be noticeable in the cut that could not be stirred.
This delicacy is prepared quickly enough, therefore the recipe is perfect for those who want a tasty quick fix. You will need:
- flour – 80 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- egg white – 6 pcs.;
- lemon juice – 1 tablespoon;
- a pinch of salt.
It is very important to handle the dough carefully so as not to disturb the appearance of bubbles during preparation.
Proteins must be pre-chilled, this is a prerequisite.
Beat them with lemon juice until foam appears, add half of the sugar and beat until it is completely dissolved.
Combine with flour, to which you first need to add the second half of sugar and salt. Stir gently and pour into mold. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
You can decorate baked goods with whipped cream and fruit.
With just a few simple products, you can make a delicious cake that your loved ones and guests will surely appreciate. You will need:
- flour – 150 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- sugar – 120 g;
- powder – 2 tablespoons;
- low-fat yogurt – 200 g;
Grind the yolks with sugar until foam appears and increase in volume. Then gradually add flour and knead the dough.
Beat the whites separately. You can add a few drops of vinegar to these to make the process easier. This should be done until stable peaks appear.
Very carefully, so as not to spoil the peaks, introduce the resulting foam into the prepared base. Put in a mold and bake for 30 minutes.
