  • boiled shrimp – 300 g;
  • cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • yogurt or mayonnaise;
  • spice.

Cut the fruit pulp into small pieces, mix with chopped cucumber, season with spiced yogurt or mayonnaise. Put in portioned tartlets, and put boiled shrimp on each (you can buy ready-made and defrost or boil ice cream).

With tongue

A real festive option, which will not be difficult to prepare, but the guests will definitely be pleasantly surprised. You will need:

  • boiled beef tongue – 200 g;
  • avocado – 1 pc.;
  • basil – 2 sprigs;
  • salad – 4 pcs.;
  • lemon – ½ pc.;
  • vegetable oil;

  • garlic – 1 clove;
