Sweet is a special treat for children. But the main rule of adults is to give something that is not only tasty, but also healthy. Therefore, we decided to compose the top of the best desserts for children. Among them there are definitely “favorites” of your children.

Cottage cheese casserole

Perhaps children of all ages remember her incredible taste. Light, airy, sprinkled with jelly, jam or sour cream – you will lick your fingers.

Cooking is incredibly easy. For 1 serving you will need:

  • cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • semolina – 2 tablespoons;
  • butter – 20 g;
  • sugar;
  • salt.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Optionally, you can add dried fruits, fresh fruits or berries. To make children like the dish, silicone molds can be used for baking. For example, in the form of a bear or a flower. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Yogurt smoothie

Snacking is an important part of your diet. We offer you to make it really tasty. Take:

  • yogurt – ½ st .;
  • strawberries;
  • blueberries;
  • raspberries;
  • honey.

Chop the berries with a blender, add yogurt and beat until smooth. Honey will help to add sweetness.

Cut the fruit, put in a bowl and pour over the sour cream. If you are cooking for a festive table, the main ingredients can be put in bowls, garnished with whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Crispy and tender, it will be a great addition to a cup of tea or a glass of milk. Of the products you need:

  • cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • flour – ½ st .;
  • baking powder – ½ tsp;
  • butter – 70 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • sugar.

Prepare a dough from mashed soft butter and cottage cheese, to which you gradually need to add flour. Put the semi-finished product in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Form sausages from the dough and cut into equal pieces. Roll out, wrap in half and again in half to make triangles.

Dip each in beaten egg and sugar. Bake for 20 minutes.

Protein cream baskets

An excellent treat for children’s parties, which may well replace the usual cake. For the test you need:

  • flour – 2 tbsp .;
  • margarine – 200 g;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • yolks – 3 pcs.;
  • soda – ¼ tsp

For the cream:

  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp.;
  • citric acid – ¼ tsp;
  • vanillin.

Beat margarine with butter using a mixer. Add eggs and baking soda, beat again. You should get a lush mass. Gradually introduce flour into it and quickly knead the dough. Leave for half an hour at room temperature.

After the time has passed, you can start baking the baskets. To do this, you need to have molds. Silicone or aluminum – you choose. You do not need to lubricate them, but the dough must be pressed tightly against the walls in order to avoid the appearance of bubbles.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

For the cream, separate the whites from the yolks, beat for a few minutes at low speed, then put the container with the whites in a water bath, and continue whisking for 10-15 minutes, until the mass adheres to the whisk.

Add sugar and beat a little more. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag and fill the cooled baskets with it.

Banana Eskimos

What kid doesn’t love ice cream? We propose to simplify the process of its preparation, and to make the taste more intense. You will need:

  • banana – 1 pc.;
  • chocolate – 100 g;
  • nuts.

Cut the banana in half, insert a wooden stick into each half and put in the freezer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath, add nut crumbs and a little vegetable oil to it.

Dip bananas in chocolate, put on a plate or board covered with parchment, and send to the freezer until the chocolate is completely solidified.

Cake “Potato”

Another favorite dessert of children and adults. Most likely, the ingredients for it will be found in the home of many. And they are as follows:

  • shortbread cookies – 200 g;
  • milk – 150 ml;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • butter – 60 g;
  • cocoa.

In a container over low heat, mix and heat milk with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add oil. Turn the cookies into crumbs, add cocoa and pour in the milk. Stir well and shape into cakes. Refrigerate for several hours.

Biscuits with chocolate spread

Soft, delicate biscuits are one of the easiest baking options. You will need:

  • kefir – 100 ml;
  • margarine – 100 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • flour – 1 tbsp .;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • chocolate paste.

Grind soft margarine with sugar, add eggs and grind well again. Pour in kefir and add baking powder. Gradually add flour, stirring, so that no lumps form.

Pour some dough into the mold, put some thick chocolate paste and fill ¾ of the mold. Bake for half an hour.

Healthy sweets

It is difficult to refuse when a child with a pleading look asks for candy. There is a way out – to make it yourself. It’s not difficult at all. You will need:

  • dates – 100 g;
  • banana – ½ pc.;
  • prunes – 70 g;
  • walnuts – 10 g;
  • cocoa – 2 tablespoons

Naturalness is the main feature of this delicacy. And you can be sure that there is no chemistry in it. Grind dates, banana, prunes and nuts, form a candy of the shape you like, dip in cocoa and refrigerate for half an hour.
