  • sugar – 100 g;
  • flour – 100 g;
  • milk – 1 tbsp .;
  • salt – ¼ tsp;
  • butter – 30 g;

Beat eggs with sugar until white foam appears. Add kefir and melted butter, stir, add the remaining dry ingredients, and stir thoroughly with a mixer. Pour half of the dough into a mold covered with parchment, lay out the raspberries, top up the rest. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powder.
